About The Providers

Dr. Michael Prematta was born in Reading, PA in 1979. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Penn State University in 2001 before completing medical school at the Penn State University College of Medicine in 2005.

Dr. Tracy Prematta was born in Philadelphia, PA and was raised in Williamstown, NJ. She attended college at DeSales University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2001 before enrolling in medical school at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.

Dr. Juen Kim was born in Michigan and grew up in East Lansing, Michigan. She did her undergraduate studies and medical school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan before pursuing a pediatrics residency at DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Dr. Jennifer Brennan joined Delaware Valley Allergy in April 2025 after completing her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA.  Prior to Medical school, Dr. Brennan received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University. She received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in May 2019, and then completed her Internal Medicine residency at Jefferson Health Northeast in Philadelphia, PA in June 2022.

Kristina Tranell was born and raised in Swarthmore, PA. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Widener University.  She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC). Kristina also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in College Park.

Emily Broach was born and raised in Wallingford, PA. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bloomsburg University, as well as, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Chester University. She has had vast clinical experience in both sleep medicine               (7 years) and pediatric nursing (5 years).
