Kristina Tranell was born and raised in Swarthmore, PA. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Widener University. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC). Kristina also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in College Park.
Kristina is proud to be an inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau, International Honor Society of Nursing.
Prior to coming to Delaware Valley Allergy, Kristina spent 11 years as a registered nurse in the acute care setting.
Kristina sees both pediatric and adult patients. She is passionate about working to promote health and strives to help her patients understand and manage their allergic and asthmatic conditions.
Outside of the office, Kristina likes to stay active by running, skiing, traveling, and fishing with her sons and husband.
